Corderman & Company, a leading Boston-based construction management firm specializing in tenant interiors, is seeking a self-motivated and dynamic Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This individual will work within the Finance team controlling aspects of the accounts payable processes. Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, expense reports and overhead invoices

• Review vendor statements and resolve Invoice discrepancies

• Obtain and track Final Lien Waivers

• Prepare and process bi-weekly check runs

• Investigate all items not in compliance and ensure no duplicity In Invoicing

• Set up new vendors by obtaining W-9 forms and preparing Universal Subcontracts

• Manage the ERP Integration between multiple software platforms

• Work with Project teams on project close-out

• Perform month-end close activities

Desired Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience

• A combination of post-secondary education and experience

• Efficient organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Ability to handle large volume of entries in a deadline-oriented environment

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

• Proficiency using Adobe Acrobat

• Knowledge of Viewpoint Spectrum and AIA Billing Is a plus
