Colony Group’s New Headquarters at One Boston Place

 

Corderman & Company completed construction on The Colony Group’s new global headquarters at One Boston Place in downtown Boston. The leading wealth management, financial planning, and investment firm has moved into 20,000 square feet on floor 11 of the 41-story office tower.

The $3.6 million program, in collaboration with architect and interior design firm Visnick & Caulfield, features a contemporary, innovative and dynamic design aesthetic highlighted by: a mix of open and private offices, custom millwork panels, stone tile and carpet floors, acoustical paneling for noise reduction, renovated perimeter columns for an infusion of natural light, open ceilings, flexible conference rooms, interior glass doors, a marketing suite, café, and wellness room. 

One Boston Place offers breathtaking views of Boston, unmatched interior details, and the highest level of tenant service. The building is ideally located within a half mile radius of four MBTA stations. It is within walking distance of countless food options, coffee shops, convenience services, and the Boston Common. Amenities within the complex include: an indoor bike storage room, sundry shop in the main lobby, covered walkway connecting to the Alley Food Court, side entrance to the Washington Street Parking Garage, Tatte Bakery & Café, and coming soon Wolfgang’s Steakhouse. The diverse tenant base at One Boston Place also includes BNY Mellon, East Essex Credit Union, and Convene.

The leasing agent of One Boston Place is Newmark Knight Frank, and the property manager is CBRE.
