New Office Space for Audax Completed by Corderman Team

A café area is displayed, with four tables, booths, and high top stools. There are plants behind the booths. The space depicted is that of Audax Group, an investment firm in Boston, MA.

Corderman & Company wrapped up a significant office expansion at 101 Huntington's 22nd floor for Audax Group.

Managing over $12 billion in assets, this leading private equity firm enlisted Corderman & Company’s preconstruction and construction management services to renovate their Boston headquarters. The three-phased occupied project involved the construction of two internal staircases, internally connecting Audax employees previously located on three fragmented floors.

Construction also included a 100-person executive conference room, an upscale cafeteria, open area workstations, several lounges and kitchenettes, multiple large meeting rooms, a welcome reception, fitness center, and a number of perimeter glass-framed offices.

The photo shows a staircase, the railings are made of glass and grey carpet extends down the steps, matching the floor. There is a seating area to the right, with two orange leather chairs with blue pillows.
