Caitlin O’Brien’s Commitment to Excellence

Caitlin O'Brien, Director of Financial Operations here at Corderman & Company, recently completed Wentworth Institute of Technology’s Leadership in the Built Environment (LBE) Academy.

An array of tables and chairs are set up, a group of women is spread out throughout the space. They are gathered for the Leadership in the Built Environment course offered by Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston.

This program is a six-week professional development opportunity for women leaders and allies in construction, engineering, facilities management, real-estate, architecture, and infrastructure. The course combines self-discovery and skill-building, to enhance leadership, activate an entrepreneurial mindset, optimize strengths, and drive strategic value.

“The LBE Academy features a wide array of distinguished coaches and facilitators. The experiences, insight and professional network fostered is immeasurable,” reflects Caitlin.
