NAIOP Development Magazine: Flex by BXP — Corderman & Company

Corderman & Company is honored to be featured in NAIOP’s Development magazine! NAIOP is one of North America’s largest, most prestigious commercial real estate organizations. Corderman & Company was recognized in the New & Noteworthy Projects section, a special feature that highlights only 12 projects selected from around the country.

Corderman & Company partnered with Boston Properties and creative agency Design Farm to build Flex by BXP, a project located in the 31-story Phase III office tower at Hub on Causeway. The 35,000 SF full-floor first-class flexible office space offers tenants short-term, modular, plug-and-play space solutions in an open industrial environment.
