Poggenpohl Showroom Opens in Back Bay
A sophisticated new showroom now resides in the historic Saunders Building at 13 Park Plaza in Boston’s coveted Back Bay neighborhood. The newly constructed space is home to a unique series of kitchen displays curated by Poggenpohl, the leading brand for luxurious kitchen architecture made in Germany. Corderman & Company, a construction management firm in Boston, is grateful to have been engaged in the transformation of the pre-existing space into a captivating exhibit showcasing the highest caliber of craftsmanship and design.
His dedication to the project is evident in the attention to detail exercised in the construction of the space, the exemplary management of trade partners, deliveries and installations, as well as the simultaneous support of Corderman’s safety mission. He expressed his gratitude, noting that “We as a company take great pride in building out such a beautiful showroom for an industry leading designer and manufacturer of high-end cabinetry and products. We’re also very grateful to have had the opportunity to build this space in the Saunders Building, one of Boston’s more historical and elegant buildings.”
Poggenpohl’s mission to create a quality product and establish a client driven foundation within the brand is shared wholeheartedly with Corderman & Company’s own elemental beliefs implemented throughout the firm. In 2002, David Corderman founded the company with the intention of reintroducing a fundamentally client service-oriented approach to the construction industry. The confluence of attention to personal relationships and partnerships as well as an impeccable consideration of quality and performance has been integral in the company’s 20+ years in the industry.
Corderman & Company is excited to showcase the firm’s expertise in tandem with Poggenpohl’s values, expectations, and exquisite design concepts. The dream-like kitchen sets in the stunning new showroom are more than enough to allure Park Plaza window shoppers and city-goers in to take a closer look. A project process defined by phenomenal partnerships, extensive communication and collaboration, in-depth industry knowledge, and quality work can be credited for the success of this story.
