Corderman Promotes Laura Fraioli Larkin and Jim Tully

 

Corderman & Company announces that Laura Fraioli Larkin, LEED AP and Jim Tully have been promoted to Senior Project Manager and Project Manager respectively. They work on several high profile projects in the construction management services firm’s expanding portfolio. 

Laura Fraioli Larkin has been with Corderman for seven years. She is responsible for managing the entire pre-construction and construction process through project closeout. Some of her significant completed Boston projects include: Berkshire Group at One Beacon Street, Edelstein & Company at 160 Federal Street, Shorelight Education at Two Seaport Lane, Au Bon Pain at 25 Drydock Avenue, and Catalant at 25 Thompson Place.

Jim Tully has five years of experience with the company. His duties include subcontract management, submittal review and distribution, and managing the permitting and closeout process. Among his keynote Boston assignments are: the 99 High lobby for Nuveen, Providence Strategic Growth at 401 Park Drive, HDR Inc. at 99 High, Sattler College at 100 Cambridge Street, and Parsons at 100 High Street.
