Corderman & Company Constructs Sappi Boston Office
Corderman & Company partnered with Dyer Brown, Vanderweil Engineers, and H+O Structural Engineering to complete a new Boston office space for Sappi, a global renewable resource company.
The team worked to establish and maintain an environmentally conscious design throughout the duration of this project. Various materials and furniture were reused, Sappi’s own millwork was integrated into the space, and careful attention was given to incorporate biophilic elements that would welcome visitors and clients into a bright, organic, and natural environment. The construction of this office space was successful in emphasizing the importance of collaboration and in reflecting the values and mission of this company.
