Corderman & Co. Completes Shea & Company’s New Boston Office

The end of a conference room is visible through a glass wall. Further in the background is a window overlooking views of Boston. There are two plants on the right side of the frame. Light streams in through the windows, hitting the wood floor.

Shea & Company, a global software-focused investment firm, enlisted Corderman & Company in the construction of their new office space at 111 Huntington Ave.

Their new location required the installation of numerous private offices, open collaboration spaces, conference rooms, two pantries, wellness and breakout rooms, and a beautiful reception area.

The sophisticated, modern, and professional design of the space is amplified by the stunning views of Boston from the 29th Floor.

The project adds to a growing list of Corderman jobs performed in partnership with Boston Properties.

Shea & Company's pantry space with a white kitchen island, five white high-top chairs, three light pendants overhead and kitchen appliances lining the counter in the back.

The success of this incredible new space can be attributed to the collaborative efforts and effective communication of all project teams and trade partners involved.
