A Project with a View: State Room

Corderman & Company transformed over 19,500 SF of flooring in the “State Room”, one of Boston’s most sought-after luxury event spaces. The full venue, located on the 33rd floor of 60 State Street, offers 270 degrees of unmatched city views, making this a prime location for corporate events, award ceremonies, fundraisers, and wedding receptions. Though we are fortunate to often work on floors of an array of buildings throughout Boston that offer stunning scenes of the cityscape and beyond, the sweeping views out of the two-story-tall-floor-to-ceiling-windowed space at the top of 60 State Street is perhaps incomparable.

The Corderman team was comprised of Matt Santapaula (Senior PM), Emily Thornton (Assistant PM), Kyle White (Superintendent), Rodrigo Dos Santos (Labor), Dave MacNeil (Director of Field Operations), Lewis Hopkins & Victor Cavero (Trucking), and Corderman Carpentry.

Work was completed in partnership with Longwood Venues + Destinations, Carr Properties, and Pavilion Floors, Inc.
