Corderman & Company continued their partnership with JPMorgan Chase this past year, working on numerous banking locations for the multinational financial services firm including Cohasset, Westborough, Weston, Canton, and Waltham, among others.

Our latest collaboration with JPMorgan brought the Corderman team to the historic Pierce Building in Dorchester. Built in 1895, this landmark structure has recently won awards from the Boston Preservation Alliance and Preservation Massachusetts, earned the Menino Legacy Award in 2023, and has been listed on the Register of Historic Places.

Having undergone an array of modernizations, renovations, and extensive work on the façade, this iconic structure is no stranger to change. The Corderman team was thrilled to be part of the history of this space and enjoyed working with the JPMC team to continue to make banking more accessible and boost financial health in the area.
