Matterport scans are often taken bi-weekly or monthly as the project progresses, providing up-to-date walkthroughs for clients to explore and share with their teams. The technology promotes more convenient and efficient collaboration between project teams, enhancing communication and creating a more engaging experience.

Matterport is just one of many modern technologies employed by the Corderman & Company team. Our in-house drone pilot captures stunning footage of job sites, crafting a unique and carefully curated final fly-through of completed projects. Meanwhile, extensive use of Procore, weekly Friday Reflections, and Nyfty ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout the construction process.
