Lobby at the Ritz-Carlton Residences Transformed

Before

After

We're excited to reveal the transformed lobby of the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Boston!

Our Corderman & Company project team focused on building our client's vision to enhance aesthetics and functionality, creating a more inviting atmosphere by removing an existing curved back-lit wall and opening up the space.

The upgrade to matte white oak paneling, a stunning 14-foot marble fireplace, and a custom reception desk crafted from brushed Taj Mahal quartzite with bronze banding all contribute to an elegant design. We also raised the ceiling height and added recessed cove lighting to illuminate the fluted walls, offering a striking focal point.

We extend our gratitude to our design partner, Pembrooke & Ives, for their vision and collaboration. With our Corderman Trade Partners, we've built a luxurious lobby that seamlessly blends exceptional design with expert craftsmanship, elevating the residents' experience from the moment they arrive.

Kevin Hegarty (Senior Project Manager), Steve Mendes (Superintendent), Ignacio Acuna (Laborer), Ryan Lambert & Dave Gidari (Corderman Carpentry), Lewis Hopkins & Victor Cavero (Corderman Trucking), and Dave MacNeil (Dir. of Field Operations) can be credited with the success of this renovated space.
