C&Co at 501 Boylston St — Corderman & Company

Corderman & Company has completed work on almost every floor of this historic building in Back Bay. Project highlights at 501 Boylston Street include Lego Education, Sephora, Pearson Education, and Architectural Resources Cambridge, among others. Most recently, Corderman completed the build-out of a space for multinational pharmaceutical and medical company - Johnson & Johnson. Simultaneously, Corderman & Company constructed a spec suite that offers prospective tenants an amalgamation of conference rooms, breakout spaces, offices, a kitchen, and stadium seating.

This unique building is home to an assortment of Boston time capsules in the form of four dioramas, depicting an array of historical scenes in Back Bay, and a set of large murals in the lobby. Retail spaces draw visitors into the lower levels, while the remaining floors are occupied by a variety of businesses and corporate tenants. Sandwiched between Newbury Street and Boylston Street, this building is located at the center of the hustle and bustle and excitement of the city.
