Savills Expansion — Corderman & Company

Corderman & Company recently completed the second phase of a new office build out for Savills, a global real estate services provider. The first phase involved renovating 2,745 SF of an existing office space on the 15th floor of the Prudential Center. This second phase required the renovation of an adjacent 3,750 SF, joining the two spaces together.

The Corderman team had the opportunity to work with the same outstanding set of project partners for both phases, which was essential in keeping communications channels consistent and expectations aligned. The new build out features several meeting and conference rooms, a work lounge, library, and open workstations, all of which help to promote a collaborative, professional atmosphere for Savills’ employees and clients.
