Corderman Completes Office Space for First Indemnity

An office space with glass partitions and a view of the city and surrounding land. There is an empty desk and two chairs, the blinds in the window cover part of the view.

Corderman & Company, a leading construction company, recently completed First Indemnity’s new office at One Beacon Street in Boston. The specialty insurance company’s headquarters features an array of offices and conference rooms lining the perimeter of the floor and offering stunning views of the city. The construction also consisted of a welcoming reception area, inviting clients and guests into the space, as well as open workstations and a kitchen. The reutilization of elements and furniture from the previous office supported the firm’s transition into a new space while maintaining the company’s branding and identity.

Extensive communication and collaboration with the entire project team made it possible to wrap up this new space ahead of schedule.
