Corderman & Co. Builds New Office Space for Tyton Partners

A kitchen with wooden cabinetry and an island. There is a custom white marble countertop with the same design as the wall. Three lights hang over the island, where a small plant sits. The kitchen space is modern and sophisticated.

The Corderman & Company team partnered with Visnick & Caulfield and C3 Engineers to successfully complete this beautiful new office for Tyton Partners - Strategy Consulting. The space is located at 75 Federal Street in Downtown Boston and adds to an already extensive list of projects Corderman has completed within the building.

This construction features a new employee hub and collaboration area, conference rooms, huddle rooms, private offices, wellness room, and open office workstation area. Throughout the space are high end finishes, along with new energy efficient HVAC & Lighting.

A hallway with glass doors to a conference room on the right, seats at long white tables on the left, and a larger room with tables and seating ahead. The space is for Tyton Partners, built by Corderman & Company.

As always, we feel privileged to work with a great project team!
