Corderman Assists in Boston Law Firm’s Office Relocation

A conference room with a light brown, wooden table and 10 conference chairs, the back wall is light blue and has a tv with the RH&B team. The windows overlook a beautiful view of downtown Boston.

Corderman & Company collaborated with Dyer Brown and NV5 Global in the completion of Rice, Heard, & Bigelow’s new downtown Boston office space. Founded in Boston in 1782, Rice, Heard, & Bigelow is a privately owned firm of individual trustees that has transcended generations while remaining firmly rooted in the Financial District. The firm offers an array of fiduciary services to clients, including trust management, traditional & ESG investing, estate planning, and tax services. Rice, Heard, & Bigelow enlisted Corderman & Company to provide construction management services for their office relocation from 50 Congress Street to One Federal Street.

The project featured custom millwork, sustainable flooring, and glass office fronts, creating a professional and refined atmosphere. The space was both cohesive with Rice, Heard, & Bigelow’s traditional branding yet also novel and modern.

A special thank you to the Corderman project team members: Kim Brown (Project Manager), Joe Bina (Superintendent), Serena Kauffman (Asst. Project Manager), Barrie Ferraro (Principal), Kevin Carmody (Labor), David MacNeil (Field Operations Director), Cadman Corbett (Senior Estimator), Melissa Sousa (Asst. Estimator), Lewis Hopkins (Trucking Division), Victor Cavero (Trucking Division).
