New Project Completed: Vista Higher Learning

Corderman & Company offered construction management services for Vista Higher Learning, a leading provider of print and digital solutions for students and educators learning languages around the globe. Our project team transformed over 23,500 SF of space at 500 Boylston Street into a dynamic, modern environment with refreshed finishes throughout. The project features a renovated elevator lobby and reception area, as well as an open café offering plenty of seating options. A large boardroom and smaller huddle rooms are equipped for both in-person and virtual collaboration. Large windows that allow natural light and stunning views of Boston bring it all together! Vista Higher Learning’s branding and mission were emphasized throughout the space with library sections filled with books and textbooks in an array of languages, unique cultural art pieces throughout the office, and conference rooms named after various countries.
