One Financial Center has been a staple feature of the city skyline since 1983. In close proximity to the Rose Kennedy Greenway and directly across the street from South Station, the building is at the center of Boston's bustling streets and resides in the heart of the Financial District.

Corderman & Company has been fortunate to offer pre-construction and construction management services on 18 of OFC’s floors. Our latest projects include a new amenity & fitness center, roof deck, spec suites, and tenant build-outs on floors 11, 12, & 16.

17th Floor Spec Suites - Offices line the perimeter of this spec suite space, offering prospective tenants a glimpse of what could be their future office.

OFC Lobby - Corderman and the OFC team worked together to refresh the lobby, creating a modern, biophilic, and engaging space for tenants and the public.

Our relationship with OFC has led us to build some incredible projects and collaborate with dedicated and passionate project teams. The lobby has also been home to Corderman & Company’s Lobby-ing for USH portrait campaign, raising awareness for our non-profit partner: the Usher Syndrome Society.
