Beacon Street Café — Corderman & Company

Corderman & Company has wrapped up a sleek new coffee bar and café in the lobby of One Beacon Street. The effective communication and efficient coordination of this attractive new lobby feature can be accredited to Corderman’s wonderful partnerships with CBRE, Gensler, Visnick & Caulfield, and NV5 during the pre-construction and construction processes. In order to maintain a safe environment within the lobby for building tenants who continued to occupy the space throughout the build, Corderman created a temporary wall, separating the construction and possible hazards entirely from the foot traffic.

The new café offers a convenient spot for tenants to quickly grab a bite to eat, coffee, or a refreshing drink from the fridge in between meetings or on breaks.
