PROJECT OVERVIEW
Berkshire Group is a real estate investment management company known for its vertically-integrated platform and experience in the multifamily sector. Headquartered in Boston, Berkshire Group enlisted the Corderman team to construct their new high-end space at One Beacon Street. The interior build-out included a reception area, executive offices, open area workstations, multiple conference rooms, a café and an amenity center.
Unique Project Features:
Installation of 900LF of demountable office fronts integrated with flooring and ceiling systems.
All new mechanical, plumbing, audiovisual and security systems.
