PROJECT OVERVIEW

Corderman & Company provided pre-construction and construction management services for The Colony Group, a leading wealth management, financial planning, and investment firm at One Boston Place.

The office features a contemporary, innovative dynamic design aesthetic highlighted by custom open ceilings, millwork panels, stone, tile, and carpet floors, and renovated perimeter columns for an infusion of natural light. The Colony Group’s new office also features a mix of open and private offices, flexible conference rooms, a marketing suite, an employee café, and a wellness room. The completely customized space is in sync with the business goals and corporate culture of The Colony Group.
