PROJECT OVERVIEW
Corderman & Company was engaged for construction management services to complete this build out, partnering with design firm, C&J Katz Studio, and BLW Engineers. The firm’s space features open ceilings, which enable the corridor and offices along the exterior glass wall to remain full height. White oak flooring and millwork paired with white porcelain tile and minimalist lighting create a quiet, elegant atmosphere. This refined aesthetic is further accentuated by concrete countertops, Penrose patterned wall tiles, marble tables, double glazed office fronts, and linen furniture.
