Corderman & Company completed a comprehensive renovation for ARA Partners, a private equity firm, at their Boston location in 200 Berkeley Street. The project transformed the space into a modern, functional office environment that capitalizes on the stunning views of Back Bay. Key features of this build include, a refreshed elevator lobby, creating a welcoming first impression that is met by a live moss wall, helping to integrate natural elements throughout the design. Also available are multiple kitchen and pantry areas, state-of-the-art conference rooms equipped with the latest technology and private offices designed to enhance productivity and comfort
