PROJECT OVERVIEW
At the top of the newly constructed 201 Brookline Avenue building located in Fenway, Third Rock Ventures is a 24,000 SF buildout which includes private offices, tenant incubator areas, open ceilings with K-13 combined with custom millwork raised panels, a faux fireplace, and a sliding barn door Teknion office front with specialty lighting throughout. When combined with the pantry/café view that looks down inside the legendary Fenway Park, it creates the perfect experience for a venture capital firm to build sustainable, innovative companies that can transform the lives of patients.
