PROJECT OVERVIEW
Corderman & Company provided construction management services for the new office buildout for HDR, an international firm that specializes in engineering, architecture, environmental, and construction services. HDR’s new space, located at 101 Arch Street, offers a refined, flexible environment in which staff can utilize private offices and conference rooms as well as more open, collaborative spaces. The project features black office front framing and doors, advanced technology, and a pantry. Additionally, the space’s training room consists of a moveable partition, further supporting the functional design of the office and its collaborative capabilities.
