PROJECT OVERVIEW
At 60 State Street in Boston's financial district, LinkSquares - an AI-driven contract lifecycle management company - underwent a major 74,000 SF office expansion managed by Corderman & Company. The multi-phase project which spanned 17 months, involved renovations on three floors, including a full new buildout of the 7th floor featuring private offices, open ceilings with custom millwork, and specialty lighting. This buildout creates a space primed for sustainable growth and collaboration, empowering LinkSquares to push boundaries and transform how their clients operate.
