PROJECT OVERVIEW
Corderman & Company provided pre-construction and construction management services for Zipcar’s multi-floor office renovation in the Seaport. The global car sharing enterprise’s reconfigured office space features an array of private offices, open workspaces to promote collaboration, an assortment of small and large conference rooms, a wellness room, and café. The renovation ensured the constructed space would remain cohesive with the pre-existing office and with Zipcar’s branding.
