PROJECT OVERVIEW
Zuora is an enterprise software company that creates and provides software for businesses to launch and manage their subscription-based services. Corderman & Company completed pre-construction and construction Zuora’s new office at 100 High Street in Boston’s Financial District. Aligned with the company’s innovative culture, the project promoted an open office concept with exterior conference rooms, a central cafe, and employee lounge that featured polished concrete flooring and an exposed ceiling.

With the innovative Zuora brand a key element of the firm’s downtown Boston office design, Zuora’s marketing team was heavily engaged throughout the project.
The continued growth of Zuora necessitated an office with a flexible layout; open work areas and the construction of benching stations helped support this requirement.
